We accept PayPal , M.O.s / Cashiers-Bank Checks for most
items listed on our website.
seat restorations services we accept a minmal deposit thru PayPal when we request
it. Total due &/or balances due for services rendered are payable by
M.O.s / Bank
Cashiers Checks. Payment is only due
after customer receives photos of completed seats to inspect before sending payment.

part you are shipping to us for repairs or restoration. Send Bank Check /M.O.

off PARTS and 5% off SEAT RESTORATION SERVICES if paid by M.O./ Bank Chk.
5% Discount applicable to items paid via PayPal due to their
4% Fee. 10% Discount is applicable to parts in stock , NOT
special order items (ie: tires and other parts not
listed but requested by customer) Most parts listed are in stock, but contact
us before puchasing to allow for applicable discounts and to allow for stock check.
INSTRUCTIONS: If possible, please box your seat in a seperate
box close to the size of the seat, with NO PACKING MATERIALS, then pack that box
inside a larger box using newspaper, foam sheeting, bubble wrap etc as insulation.
STYROFOAM PACKING PEANUTS are not preferred, but acceptable, as long as they are
NOT in the same box as the seat! ANY TYPE of packing material that DIRECTLY CONTACTS
SEATS for 4-7 days while in transit can leave PERMANENT IMPRESSIONS in your cover
or seat foam, which may end up costing you MORE $$$ to FIX!
in mind, when your seat is returned , we take the extra time & care to make
a custom sized inner box specifically for your seat so no packing materials surround
the seat itself. We then pack your boxed seat in a larger box with packing materials
to insulate it from damage in shipping. This is just one of many example of our
attention to details. This EXTRA
CARE is what you are paying for with services from COOL
POLICIES: Large heavy parts, seats etc are shipped Fed
Ex Ground, UPS or USPS. We generally use USPS
for small items sold thru our website. When purchasing small items / parts/ manuals
etc thru our site, notice the line in red 'price includes
shipping & handling'. Prices listed and paid for thru PayPal Shopping
Carts OR payments made with Cashiers Check/M.O. do NOT
REFLECT OR INCLUDE additional shippping
fees for USPS Priority Mail , Delivery Confirmation, Insurance, or other services
offered by USPS. Therefore, BEFORE using our PayPal Shopping Cart,
consider if you want these additional services/ add ons and contact us first for
a total. We will NOT be responsible for any items shipped thru USPS that are LOST,
are NOT delivered, or are DAMAGED by USPS if you the customer have not opted and
PAID FOR for additional services & coverages from USPS. Any & all parts
including , seats, tires, batteries, decals/ stripe kits, logo stencils, are SHIPPED
to the customer usually within 3-5 days of receiving cleared payment. The exception
is seats which in some cases take more time to complete or to custom double box
and pack. We no longer accept local pickup of orders including parts, seats etc
at our shop.
/ RETURN POLICY
Parts sold carry NO RETURN POLICY
, so ask questions and make sure the part will fit your bike! Many NOS parts have
Factory Parts numbers. Some do not. It is up to you the purchaser to know your
bike & part you want to purchase and email CRB and ask questions ie: dimensions,
specifics etc. We make every attempt to ID parts correctly, but we are not experts
on identifying parts for every bike made. We will send several pictures measurements
on a part in question to give fair and acurate representation. Most parts we sell
are for cosmetic purposes, so are not subject to arriving as a 'not working' part.
Therefore, we give consideration to any mechanical part sold that arrives 'not
working', which is rare. RESTORED SEATS are not in this category, and are therefore
NOT RETURNABLE. In the case a returned part is accepted, it must be returned in
the original box and packaging and arrive in the condition it was sent in and
a refund for the part ONLY will be given, no refund for initial or return shipping
fees. If an exception is made on a return the item may be subject to a restocking
fee of 10% -20%. Order cancelations are also subject to a $10.00 / 10% Service
Charge. Please ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
for parts or services rendered by Cool Retro Bikes must be received within 30
days of the date appearing on emailed invoices or the part(s) or seat(s) will
be considered forfeited by the owner or purchaser, and become the sole property
of Cool Retro Bikes to sell to cover expenses for parts , materials and labor.
Cool Retro Bikes will send up to 3 invoices via email in an attempt to collect
payments due. CRB gives every consideration possible to our customers to allow
them adequate time to pay for purchased items & / or services rendered. In
some cases we will set up a payment plan for customers for their convenience.
/ Lay Aways
an item you want but don't have all the funds right now? CRB will 'lay way' an
item with a 20% deposit. The balance must be paid within 30 days, unless prior
arrangements with Customer service have been made otherwise. Seat purchases or
restoration services require a $100 deposit to hold a seat or begin work on seat.
Balance is due upon completion of services, within 30 days of receiving an invoice
by email, and prior to shipping. Sorry, no COD's.
